we should just set up our own server, its not hard, its more secure, and eats very few server resources

Yeah a private network would be better I guess. I never knew Austnet frowned upon torrent channels. Dragen is one of the few decent Austnet admins too so it must be a legit server policy. The rest are mostly cunts who will ban people from the main channels for a week for harmlessly stirring the pot, while their mates whom threaten to kill and rape chicks get kick/banned for an hour. I'd given up on it aside for the site/spoiler channel.

Damn, I can't connect  My shell host is now g-lined from p2p-net and it wasn't me! 3 diff servers I have shells on, all b&... I was on there a few weeks back.
