Why I should use Forum and not shoutbox for all questions!
Here in the forum we will all see that there is a new post in the support forum and we can all answer, lots more possibility to get a straight answer and help that way.
In the shoutbox it will go down and dissapear and nobody except the people online just after it was written will see it. If someone has the same problem in the future they will not be able to read whats been said about it and we in the staff are bound to answer the same question again and again.
Being "too lazy" to write a post is finally payed by us here in staff answering same questions over and over and we would kindly ask you to please always use the forum for questions regarding anything that has to do with the tracker.

Indeed the shoutbox should just be used for short conversations and as the name already indicated a shout out to the people online.
Not for conversations about recent events (use MMA Spoiler forum threads), questions about the tracker or site or any other big discussions.
If you feel like a chat with someone who is online at that time and it might be a big discussion you can also try the webchat feature. Just be careful there as well not to spoil events and of course also be nice at any time and any where.
