I noticed when trying to log in that my account has been disabled due to low ratio. My problem is that a never seem to have received a single warning email and was under the impression that I was fine because I generally let the torrents seed after downloading them and I remember my ration being fine. Is there anything that I can do about this besides donating again?

The warnings are not sent by email, they are sent as Private Messages on the tracker. This is due to members in the past complained that they rather not have emails sent to them.
It's highly recommended to always keep a close eye on the Private Messages inbox on the tracker in case you receive some important notification regarding your account or the site in general.

In all cases you checked a box saying that you read and understood the when you registered and in those rules the part about ratio is specifically detailed and explained. We also have here in the forum to help you get started correctly and understand how to gain ratio.

In the past you would not be able to do anything at this point, but due to members like yourself being anxious to recover their accounts because of not reading or following the rules first time, you now have a .

Using the recover account function is to be avoided at all costs. Its a last option opportunity. And if you are going to donate, remember to do it before your account gets disabled so you gain the proper credits, and not just to recover your account.
