Josh Koscheck was at it again after getting into an altercation with Brad Tate, GSP's male paramedic. What was shown on the episode was the two exchanging insults with Koscheck repeatedly calling Tate a "male nurse." Koscheck went on to grab Tate's face and a minor melee ensued.
The episode really continued to make Koscheck seem like an a--hole. However, what didn't make the episode was released this morning. Apparently Tate made some offensive comments to a couple of Koscheck's Armenian teammates which resulted in Koscheck assaulting Tate.

holy crap im savin that video Koscheck said hes sorry so the male nurse dont kick his ass... thats some funny stuff someone finally got under his skin for a change.

I dont think GSP told Tate to do that seriously. But at same time it wouldnt surprise me... Im curious about what kind of preassure and demands the production team puts on the coaches to make it an exiting season.
