The event will be headlined by a title bout between the 2019 ONE Flyweight Grand Prix winner and former UFC Flyweight Champion Demetrious Johnson and the reigning ONE Flyweight champion Adriano Moraes.
Former UFC Lightweight champion Eddie Alvarez is scheduled to fight the former ONE Lightweight title challenger Iuri Lapicus in the co-main event.
The reigning ONE Flyweight Muay Thai World Champion Rodtang Jitmuangnon is scheduled to fight Jacob Smith in a non-title bout. Smith withdrew before the event, and was replaced by Daniel Williams.
Two MMA bouts were scheduled for the prelim portion of the card: Oumar Kane and Mehdi Barghi are set to fight at heavyweight, while Tyler McGuire and Raimond Magomedaliev are set to fight at welterweight. In the sole kickboxing bout of the event, the heavyweight prospect Rade Opacic is scheduled to fight Patrick Schmid.
