Hello,
Did you click download on your own torrent after uploading so that your trackers are added in your torent client? That is how it starts to seed.
You can also copy the trackers with your passkey from another torrent in your client that you downloaded from here, and then edit and paste it on the one you get the error on, and see if that works.

Yes I clicked on the new torrent and the tracker is the same as the others I downloaded from this site. Does it take a while for the torrent upload? I'm testing it by downloading the same file from another computer but it doesn't download anything.
