DREAM.15 is an upcoming mixed martial arts event to be held by Fighting and Entertainment Group's mixed martial arts promotion DREAM. The event is scheduled to take place on July 10, 2010 at the Saitama Super Arena in Saitama, Japan. The event is expected to air live in North America on HDNet. Official Fight Card * Lightweight Championship bout: Japan Shinya Aoki (c) vs. Japan Tatsuya Kawajiri * Light Heavyweight Grand Prix Opening Round bout: Netherlands Melvin Manhoef vs. Japan Tatsuya Mizuno * Lightweight bout: Brazil Gesias Cavalcante vs. Japan Katsunori Kikuno * Middleweight bout: Japan Kazuhiro Nakamura vs. France Karl Amoussou * Featherweight bout: Japan Michihiro Omigawa vs. South Korea Jong Young Sam * Light Heavyweight Grand Prix Opening Round bout: Armenia Gegard Mousasi vs. United States Jake O'Brien * Featherweight bout: Japan Mitsuhiro Ishida vs. Japan Daiki Hata Background A Light Heavyweight Grand Prix was expected to start at DREAM.14, with a eight man tournament. However, DREAM.15 will now host the opening round of the Grand Prix, with only a four man tournament. |
